Im a mom of a 2-year-old baby girl named Kennedy, proud law-enforcement wife, yoga instructor for 10 years, custom wellness retreat coordinator along the HW 108 corridor to Sonora Pass, and I absolutely love collaborating with other wellness entrepreneurs and nature enthusiasts. My family and I live among the trees in Tuolumne County, home of Yosemite National Park. One of my favorite things to do is make self-care a priority so that I can be at my best to give to those I love and to my community.
